Hello, I'm selling off my Queen size mattress since I got a memory foam one. It is in very good condition (no stains, or sagging) except for a small patch in the lower corner. It is an iron-on patch that was used years ago to repair a tear in the fabric. It's firmly secure and hasn't caused any usage problems at all. Comes from a clean smoke-free home.
