Leasing Coordinator - Position Objective: The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire leasing strategy, from the marketing of rent ready homes through moving an approved applicant into the home. The Leasing Coordinator must possess a thorough knowledge of all marketing processes and must constantly look to improve and audit those processes in order to drive the most applications per home. This requires constant attention to detail through the management of numerous recurring processes. Leasing Coordinator - Position Key Responsibilities: Coordinating leasing efforts Managing leasing agent(s) Manage the application process Sign leases with tenants Oversee the onboarding process for tenants Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Key Experience: Understanding and embracing the culture is the number one priority.
