In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed: ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Processor for a temporary job assignment. Responsibilities: Interviews loan applicants to document income, debt, and credit history. Requests income tax returns, bank account numbers, purchase agreements, and property descriptions, and other required documents for verification. Informs applicant of loan denial or acceptance. Determines if applicant meets credit union standards for further consideration. Calls applicant or other person(s) to resolve discrepancies. Answers applicant's questions and asks for signature on information authorization forms. Informs applicant of closing costs, such as appraisal, credit report, and notary fees. Calculate closing cost and provide Good Faith Estimate of closing cost within three days of initial application. Responsible for following all BSA/OFAC policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
