I've got an unfurnished bedroom available for rent. I have a queen sized bed, if you need one, though. The room is a great size with excellent natural light. The main level of the house has a living room, dining room, sun room, breakfast area, kitchen with bar, half bath, and laundry. Upstairs, there's the master, your room, and a craft/sewing room. You've got your own bathroom. The toilet & shower are separated with a door from the vanity area. The toilet & shower area are tiled, the vanity and bedroom are carpeted. Carpet has been professionally cleaned within the past 4 months. You've got some espresso colored shelves on one wall. Skylights in the nook. In the garage, there's another bedroom & bath, a workshop, and storage. I installed a subfloor in the attic, with access right outside of your room, if you need extra storage. I'm a professional, happily divorced, 33 y/o female. I'm pretty laid back, quick to laugh & smile, vegan (you don't have to be), try to eat healthy, and like to be active (that'd be great if you did, too, but not a requirement). I've got an Old English Sheepdog, who is a therapy dog. He's 2 and well behaved. The other roommate has a dog and is a 25 y/o professional male. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet. The house is on a cul de sac and the back yard is fenced in. It's 10 minutes to the Galleria, 6 minutes to I-459, and 16 minutes to UAB. Three month minimum, then month-to-month lease. Utilities are included. Internet, water, electric. Must be gainfully employed, not a kid-friendly house. Call or text me & we'll meet up.
