I am trying to find an apartment or room closer to university blvd and 19th st. I work in that area and even though I will/do have a car I prefer a quicker or within walking distance commute. I am 23 years old and work full time so there is little risk of me interrupting your day to day lifestyle. I only ask that you don't interrupt mine and keep conflict and mess to a minimum. I am a fairly laid back person and don't mind having a roommate of either race, gender, variant religion or sexual orientation. pretty much as long as you keep it cool I'll do the same. I prefer non smoking but outside smokers are fine. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS PERIOD!!!!! pets are okay, as long as they have a good temperament.
